Kindergym (ages 3-4) physically challenging skills gives kids stronger bodies and sharper minds as well as a clearer understanding of their body's capabilities and limitations.  Schedule

Advanced Kindergym (ages 5-6) designed for kindergarteners as well as those that are ready for a slightly more advanced level of training.  This class requires a higher level of listening skills as well as the ability to put together combinations and sequences of skills.  It is important that their attempts are rewarded and mistakes are seen as great learning experiences.  Schedule
